These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sige7 platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and account features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on Sige7.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and at all times thereafter.
Sige7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by Sige7 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3. Account Registration
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Sige7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your Sige7 account credentials, including your username and password;
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
- Notifying Sige7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
- Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
Sige7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Sige7 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the Sige7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Sige7 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at Sige7's discretion.
Deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
- Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Sige7 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
- Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business hours to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.
- Sige7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Sige7 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for verified accounts, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the Sige7 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- Sige7 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal, including requesting supporting documentation.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
- Sige7 will not be responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, banking system, or circumstances beyond Sige7's reasonable control.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
Sige7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all Sige7 bonuses unless otherwise specified:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Sige7 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
6. Gameplay & Fair Use
All games available on the Sige7 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rates of each game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, Sige7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, Sige7 cannot guarantee the continuity of any game session and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Game results displayed on the Sige7 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Sige7 reserves the right to void any game round or wager where a technical error, data corruption, or manifest error has occurred, and to adjust account balances accordingly.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sige7 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy;
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
- Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sige7 Platform — including but not limited to the Sige7 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of Sige7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Sige7 Platform without prior written consent from Sige7.
9. Privacy & Data

Sige7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Sige7 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Sige7 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sige7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Account Termination
Sige7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
- Continued operation of your account poses a risk to Sige7, other players, or third parties;
- You have provided false or misleading information at any point;
- You are subject to a self-exclusion order or are otherwise ineligible to use the Platform.
Upon termination for cause, Sige7 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Sige7 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending wagering requirements must be settled prior to withdrawal of remaining balances.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
