As a general rule, Sige7 retains account and transaction data for a minimum of five (5) years following the closure of your account, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming record-keeping requirements. Identity verification documents are retained for the same minimum period.
Where personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, Sige7 will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our internal data retention and disposal procedures.
